Epiphany has a maximum capacity of 10 people, and is most comfortable with 8 people.
It has a "reverse floor plan" with FOUR bedrooms on the first floor, and a Great Room on the second floor. All four bedrooms have private bathrooms with bathtubs and showers.
The two bedrooms facing the water have KING size beds, with sliding glass doors onto private decks with water views. The two bedrooms facing the street each have two twin beds. The bedrooms were recently repainted and re-carpeted.
There is a full size sleep sofa in the living room, and a fifth bath (shower only) upstairs. The house sleeps 8 comfortably, 10 if the sleep sofa is used.
The stupendous Great Room has a cathedral ceiling and spectacular panoramic views, with separate kitchen, dining and living areas. There are three sets of triple sliding doors opening onto an 32 foot long observation deck (great for looking at the stars at night, or sunning during the day), and a door from the kitchen area to the covered gazebo for dining alfresco. The indoor dining table seats 10, the outdoor table 6.
Outdoors there is a deep water dock where you can tie up a power boat or launch canoes and kayaks. Or swim or just catch crabs. There is a gas grill, as well as an outdoor shower with a privacy door. And a ground level deck under the gazebo with a hammock. Two double kayaks and a canoe are shared with Eureka!
Stairs from the first floor center hall balcony provide easy access down to a ground level deck and to the dock. This also makes the house more accessible to Eureka! if you are using both houses. There is an enclosure under the balcony where you can store bikes and beach gear.
Built-in bookcases, a built-in TV stand and built-in desks/counters which all give the Great Room a cleaner look. We installed a new refrigerator (with through-the-door- ice and filtered water), a classier kitchen faucet--upgrades that were not essential (nothing was broken), but our philosophy is to fix or replace before things break, not while you are staying there. Recent upgrades include: many new appliances, fresh paint throughout, new carpet in the bedrooms, a refinished floor in the great room and refreshed landscaping. The house has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, 42" TV, Wi-Fi, Gas grill, and more.

What a lovely place to spend a
vacation. The views are spectacular and the accommodations were even
better than they appeared from the photographs. We especially enjoyed
watching the sun coming up over the creek and the birds flocking and
feeding in the mornings and evenings. If you have a chance, rent this
