Villa Eureka, was built in 2009, replacing the previous “Clam house” designed to host large groups, whether it’s for family reunions, group retreats, or special celebrations. With nearly 5,000 sq ft of space, this villa provides plenty of room for up to 16 guests. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds, and the living spaces are warm and inviting, featuring large windows that frame stunning water views. The fully equipped kitchen, with modern appliances and ample counter space, makes preparing meals a breeze for large gatherings.

Guests can unwind on the dock with a morning coffee or spend the afternoon exploring the creek’s peaceful waters by boat.

- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Checkout: Before 10:00 AM
- No smoking anywhere
- Parties or events are strictly prohibited
- Pets subject to approval and an additional fee.
- Children allowed, but must be careful on the dock
- Guests are expected to make and unmake beds with supplied bed-linens. Guests should bring all towels.
- Minimum Age to rent: 35
- Fire extinguisher & Smoke detector
Note:
Changeover day in the summer is Saturday. Check-in is 4PM, Check-out is 10AM. Fall, Winter, Spring: Minimum stay is 3 days, except at the last minute. Larger Groups can be accommodated if adjacent houses are rented as well. Email for details and referrals to those owners.. Cleaning and Bed-Linens are included in the rental price. (Linens are sheets, pillowcases). Please plan on bringing all towels: Beach, bath, floor, hand.
Taxes total 12.3% (State: 5.3%, County: 2%, Town: 5%)*** and the pet fee, if required.
A refundable security deposit of $400 is required.
Pets, by permission, on a case by case only; a $150 fee per animal is charged.
We require that pets be kept in crates at night, and not be left in the house unattended.
